660M Swim - The SWIM Course starts at Lagoon 4. You swim 4 & 3, the run half way to Lagoon 2. Do a 180 and head back through 3 & 4 then to the Transition Area. We are very excited because it makes the course more spectator friendly and keeps you from having to walk 1.3 miles to lagoon 1. A flyer explaining the starts is in your race packet and this will be briefed by the announcer on race morning. The swim course is monitored by life guards.
27K Bike - goes from the Transition Area at Lagoon #4 out to the main resort road and to the Main Gate. Cross over the overpass enter Farrington Hwy heading WEST. Go to Hookele St. (Maili Point) make a U-Turn and head EAST on Farrington Hwy back to Ko Olina. Go under the over pass, continue to the Back Gate and head to the Transition Area.
5K Run — The run course is beautiful, fast, and closed to vehicle traffic. It goes from the Transition Area heading along the sidewalk to the main road then head towards the Main Gate running ALL the keyholes along the way. At Olani St., which runs between JW Marriott, and Disney Hotel, make a LEFT head down to Lagoon #1, then run the lagoons back to Lagoon #4 and the finish line.
