Packet pickup will be available on Friday, Oct 26th IT&B from 3:00PM to 6:00PM and at Ko Olina Lagoon #4 on Saturday, October 27, from 10:30AM to 4:00PM. There is NO packet pickup on race day. Race packets will not be mailed. You must have a valid government issued photo I.D. to pick up your race packet.
Check the Schedule for event times and locations. ALL Athletes need to arrive early in order to get Body Marked, Timing Chip, and be placed in the correct wave. You need to allow a 15 minute walk time to Lagoon #1. ALL athletes need to be at their start location 30 minutes prior.
No, everyone must pick up their own packet however; exceptions are made case-by-case, parents of kids ages 7-10 and Relay Teams. One member from each team will be allowed to pickup the Team Packet. On race morning the rest of the team members must be Body Stamped. Additionally, you must bring a government issued photo ID. If you are an annual USA Triathlon member, you will be required to show your current membership card.
Yes! This division we call Armed Forces will allow you to compete against other official military participants in your gender. Awards will apply to the top three male and female finishers. IF you are not in the top 3 male or female you will automatically be placed back in the Age Group division for award consideration.
Unfortunately, all entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You may not give or sell your number to anyone else, and entry fees will not be transferred from year to year (see USA Triathlon Rule 3.5: Unregistered Participants). We do offer a Roll Over program. We will be happy to send you the participants T-shirt for a processing and postage fee which is determined based on where you want it sent. Please email a request for the rollover option up to one week prior to the first packet pickup. No requests will be accepted after this date.
The International Sports Festival at Ko'Olina Health & Fitness Expo will be held Saturday,May 15 at Magic Island which is located in Lagoon #1 Park.
