Race Briefing / USAT Waiver

To pickup your race packet you must:

1. Watch the slide show briefing below in its entirety. Rather read the briefing offline? You can download it here:   Athlete Briefing (3.0 MiB)
2. Download, print and sign the   Briefing Affidavit (94.5 KiB) confirming that you have read and understand the briefing.
3. Download, print and sign the   USAT Waiver (328.0 KiB).
4. Bring both the signed affidavit and signed USAT waiver with you to packet pick up and turn them in.
5. NOTE: Parents of athletes 17 and under, you MUST sign an individual   Briefing Affidavit (94.5 KiB) and   USAT Waiver (328.0 KiB) for each athlete.
